Place An Order

Orders and Shipping

Your goods will be delivered by our distributor, Octopus Ukuleles. Your goods will be delivered within a week if in stock, or normally within two weeks if not. If you need delivery by a certain time please state this on your order and we will do our best to help you.

If for some reason we have not delivered your order within the time specified please contact us and we will immediately do our best to solve the problem.

There is the option to pick up your ukulele from Bath School of Ukulele, Walcot Street, Bath without charge. Standard charge for shipping a ukulele is £4.50. Delivery will be free of charge for orders over £200.

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order - this is not an acceptance, simply an acknowledgement of your order.

All orders are subject to acceptance by us, we will confirm acceptance to you by sending a second email at which time the contract between us will be formed and we will confirm delivery and payment details.

Please note that delivery of your product will be from our Distributor Octopus Ukuleles. By placing an order with Bath School of Ukulele which requires delivery, you will be agreeing to share your delivery address with Octopus Distribution. All communications regarding your order will be looked after by Bath School of Ukulele.
